Hire equipment is charged as follows:  

1 day	50% of a week
2 day	65% of a week
3 day	85% of a week
4 day	100% of a week

 

Charges after 7 days are charged per day as an equal percentage of the week rate.

For the rates on plant equipment please ask at your local depot.  

Hire Insurance  

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that hire equipment is covered for loss and accidental damage otherwise the hirer is responsible for replacement of equipment.  

Hire Insurance is available through your local depot and is charged at 10% of the hire rate.  

Please Note we are unable to offer Hire Insurance on any plant items or cross hire items.  

Delivery  

Regular delivery routes are run throughout the day at set cost for hire equipment and plant dependent on the equipment and vehicle.  

However, should you require equipment delivered to you urgently or by a set time then this delivery would incur and emergency rate. For further details please ask at your local depot.  

Cleaning and Damage  

Cleaning and Damage will be charged on hire items that are not returned in the same condition they were hired out in.  

VAT  

All prices shown are excluding VAT which is chargeable at 17.5%  

Deposits  

All cash customers will be asked for a cash, credit card or cheque deposit. It’s easy to open an account with us. An application form is available on request, or can be downloaded from the menu bar in "A/C Application" section as a PDF file.
